Curve tracing on a scope is made easy with the LTC-905
Characteristic curves of all types of semiconductors
can be accurately dispayed. This is far superior to the
conventional ohmmeter checks for quality. In curcuit
testing is possible for quick checks. Two inputs are
provided to which enable comparison of two similar units.
LTC-905 is designed to test the following:
- Transistors NPN, PNP, FET and MOS FET
- SCRs Thyristors and Triacs
- Diodes rectifier, detector, zener and tunnel
