The 536B Time Interval Meter is a high resolution Time Interval Meter with
a resolution of 1/10th nanosecond and a range of 9,999,999.1 nanoseconds.
Additional or fewer digits may be optionally selected. The 536B Time
Interval Meter measures the time from the occurrence of triggering on the
start input to the occurrence of triggering on the stop input when measuring
between separate start and stop inputs. If pulse width or period are
being measured equivalent start and stop signals are produced by the Plug-
In and provided to the Time Interval Meter.
