The TDSUSBF is a test fixture used to take measurements of the USB 2.0 interface bus. Tests include signal quality, inrush, droop, receiver sensitivity, and impedance measurement, all mandatory for USB 2.0 compliance. The fixture can be used with user-written software or with Tektronix-supplied software (TDSUSBS). Accessories The following accessories are included with the fixture.
