The purpose of this manual is to provide the reader with information critical to the maintenance and repair of the FT-180
, as well as information useful for understanding its functions and operation more thoroughly. Technical explanations are geared toward providing a clear understanding of the overall system design, rather than attempting to cover many specific circuit details. Therefore descriptions have been kept brief, although photographs and drawings are utilized liberally.
